Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

List View

Use this view to see programs, projects, and other information in rows.

  • Toggle between List View and Detail View by clicking List View or Detail View in the top right area of the view.
  • Click Grid Settings to use the Select Columns dialog box to add, remove, or change the order of the columns in the grid.
  • When you hover over a line:
    • A Show in Detail View icon displays on the left that you can click to view the information in the Detail View.
    • An Options menu displays on the right that you can use to access additional functions such as Copy and Delete
  • Select a line and click Edit in the top right area of the view to display the information in the Detail view edit mode.
  • Click Filter in the top right area of the view to filter the grid results.
